Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom orders may require additional processing time, detailed on the product page.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-7 business days after processing.

• Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 1-3 business days after processing.

• International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. Please allow up to 4 weeks.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. Costs will be displayed at checkout.

Customs and Import Taxes:

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. OmraClub is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Tracking:

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Items:

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at adara@omraclub.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, be it through replacement or refund.

Returns and Exchanges:

Address Changes:

Address changes must be made within 12 hours of order placement by contacting adara@omraclub.com. OmraClub is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Deliveries:

For packages returned due to failed delivery (e.g., incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages), the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. Options for re-shipment can be arranged by contacting adara@omraclub.com.

Special Notes:

During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery times may be longer than usual due to high volume.
